By creating an account and using Bi Kaizen, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
Bi Kaizen provides a personal daily progress tracking service that allows you to create activities, track daily completions, view progress through calendar visualizations, and analyze your journey through statistics.
Bi Kaizen offers a Pro subscription (monthly and annual) and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the Paddle customer portal — your access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund policy: subscription payments are non-refundable for partial periods; you may cancel anytime to stop future charges. Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the product does not work as described. Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You agree to use the service only for personal progress tracking purposes. You will not attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service's operation, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
Bi Kaizen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the application. We recommend keeping personal backups of important information.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the application.
